Emi Hoan

Emi has a bachelor’s degree in nursing and an extensive background in the healthcare industry as a nurse and sleep technologist. Her passion for technology and love for typing led her to pursue a career in data entry and database administration.

With over 6 years of experience, Emi has honed her skills in data entry and database management. Following her completion of a Certificate III in Health Administration, she has gained valuable experience working with multiple CRM systems for clients such as the Australian Electoral Commission, Australian Taxation Office, Roads and Maritime Services, Medibank, Ministry of Health, QBE Direct, Sydney Water, LegalStream (serving Macquarie Bank and other credit unions with Digital Mortgage Documentation and Settlements – PEXA & DocuSign), and the DFAT Australian Passport Office as a Data Verifier.

In her quest to broaden her expertise, Emi ventured into the commercial real estate industry and joined CPG. Over the past 3 years at CPG, Emi has deepened her understanding of the industry and has been instrumental in maintaining the database through Salesforce. Her efforts ensure that the Sales and Leasing agents can operate efficiently and effectively.
