Andrew Hung embarked on his commercial real estate career after being inspired by his friends’ dedication to the industry. His academic journey at the University of Technology Sydney, where he studied property economics, laid the foundation for his real estate career. While studying, Andrew worked as a financial administrator at a wealth management company specialising in superannuation, pension, and investment funds. This role gave him a solid financial understanding, which later served him well when he transitioned into a commercial property analyst role.

Throughout his career, Andrew has gained extensive knowledge of the Australian and global commercial markets, particularly in the industrial, logistics, and office sectors. His ability to identify market opportunities and strategise for institutional clients, especially during sector cycles, has shaped his approach to real estate, where he emphasises resilience through capital recycling.

Andrew is known for his passion, motivation, and “go-getter” attitude at work. He thrives on being part of the evolving urban landscape, connecting with people, and helping them achieve their real estate goals. Whether it’s finding the perfect property for a client or securing tenants for a development, Andrew takes pride in contributing to the growth and betterment of communities.

Beyond real estate, Andrew is a competitive athlete, having represented at the state level in athletics for 100m, 200m, and long jump, and playing Oztag and rugby league. His sports background has instilled a strong sense of discipline and teamwork, qualities he applies in his professional life.
