Commercial Property Group (CPG) has made a significant impact on Sydney’s commercial and industrial real estate market, driven by a commitment to building a team of highly motivated and experienced professionals. Founded in 1999 by Matthew McHardy in Bankstown, CPG has evolved from a solo operation into a dominant force in the commercial property market.
In January 2005, the Group embarked on a strategic expansion across Sydney, beginning with the appointment of Hayden Bennett as Managing Director to lead the Southern Sydney market from our newly opened second office. This momentum continued in 2014 with the establishment of a third office in Mascot, where Nick Durrant and Nick Drosinos were appointed Directors, further solidifying our presence in the Sydney South market.
Today, Commercial Property Group stands as a leading player in Sydney’s commercial real estate landscape, poised for continued growth and success.
