I would like to take this opportunity to endorse the highly professional services of Kyle Dewey from Commercial Property Group in relation to the sale of our above property.
After occupying our industrial unit since the early nineties, we secured a larger freehold factory further west and we decided to sell the smaller industrial unit. We approached two commercial agents to appraise the unit for us, whilst we were satisfied with the estimates, we were not quite ready to move to our new premises.
We instructed both Kyle and the other agent should they have any qualified buyers they could take them through and see if they could agree to a sale off market. Both agents did so and we agreed to terms with one of the other agent’s buyers, who we were told had their finances approved, however they did not. After waiting several months to exchange with this buyer, the agent suggested we exchange contracts subject to finance, we were not comfortable with this, the agent eventually stopped returning calls and the sale fell over, which was quite frustrating.
We decided to do it the right way and appointed Kyle Dewey from Commercial Property Group to take the property to Auction in late March 2017 and I am very pleased to say that dealing with Kyle compared to the other agent were complete opposites. Kyle kept us well informed right throughout the campaign, he rang us after every open for inspection and emailed us through detailed property reports on all marketing and buyer activity.
Come Auction night, Kyle had already prepared us for each scenario that may take place during the Auction, he approached us multiple times just before the Auction with the head count of how many buyers were in the room, which was very healthy; we were blown away with how many people were bidding and when the hammer finally fell, we were extremely happy with the price, well above our reserve and what the other agent agreed to.

It is with great pleasure that I write this testimonial to the team at Commercial Property Group Southern Sydney for the outstanding level of service they provided with the relocation of our business to a new location within the street and the sale of our existing building.
Kyle Dewey & Hayden Bennett appraised our original building in mid-2015, we were happy with the estimate however, we explained that we needed to secure new premises first, as the existing building we had been in for the past 80 years was no longer adequate for a medical centre. We informed Kyle that if we could ever secure the larger, corner position he had leased previously to a gym we would be very interested.
