Matthew McHardy

Matthew McHardy has had a long and distinguished career in real estate. A licensed real estate agent and licenced strata agent, he began his career with LJ Hooker Commercial in 1993. Matthew then joined Colliers Jardine where he ultimately became a senior Commercial Sales Executive. Matthew’s extensive experience in the commercial – industrial sector of the Sydney property market prompted him to launch his own agency. As Matthew notes, the Commercial Property Group “was founded to provide services to clients who want genuine commercial – industrial specialists to assist them with their property needs.”

Matthew’s 27 (since 1989) years in real estate gives him the ability to provide clients with prudent advice about a wide range of property issues. Highly adept at managing property leases, sales and purchases, Matthew has a specialist’s understanding of the south/south western commercial – industrial marketplace, an area extending from Canterbury to Campbelltown. His long-term involvement in this sector means that he has established an extensive property database, enabling him to provide up-to-the-minute information to his clients about available properties. Indeed, Matthew’s standing as a long-term player in Sydney’s south and south-west property markets means that he has developed a genuine understanding of how a wide range of industries operate. He has an unmatched understanding of the technical demands of many industries – particularly the printing manufacturing, warehousing, logistics and waste industries – enabling him to identify appropriate properties for specific user groups.

A member of the Real Estate Institute of NSW, Matthew is proud to uphold the ethical commitments promoted by his industry’s representative body. Known for his loyalty, honesty and determination, Matthew’s reputation for integrity has earnt him an exceptionally loyal clientele.
