With a strong foundation of qualifications including RSA, RCG, First Aid, Certificate of Registration, Certificate II in Hospitality, and Certificate II in Sports & Recreation, Alex brings both practical skills and enthusiasm to his role at CPG. A former lifeguard and soon-to-be Class 2 Licence holder, Alex has always been drawn to roles that balance responsibility with helping others.

Growing up surrounded by property conversations with his dad, Alex developed an early passion for the industry. When the opportunity arose to step into commercial real estate, he embraced it wholeheartedly.

Alex is known for being helpful, happy, and accountable. He has a knack for finding win-win outcomes, working closely with clients and stakeholders to achieve a balanced result for all parties.

A defining moment in Alex’s career came after a major health challenge in late 2024 that forced him to step away from work for over three months. Despite the setback, he returned with determination, regaining momentum quickly and strengthening his commitment to his clients.

Passionate about seeing clients achieve the best possible outcomes, Alex finds genuine joy in being part of their success.
