Bev joined the CPG team in 2019, with a proven dedication to the Real Estate Industry in Residential Sales, Leasing and Management. She enjoys the challenge of a fast-paced environment, is solutions focused and continually strives to provide the highest standards in client service.

Having owned her own Real Estate Agency for over 10 years, Bev brings to the CPG team a level of commitment that is second to none. She has an unparalleled knowledge of property law, is a trusted advisor to her clients and delivers results.

Her analysis of market trends allows Bev to provide the most up-to-date and accurate advice to her clients, which she attributes to her success in delivering positive outcomes. Her skills in negotiating contracts, provides outstanding solutions for all parties, and it is this confidence that drives Bev’s work.

After taking time out to raise her family, Bev turned her passion for bringing people and property together in the NSW Governments’ Social Housing sector. For over 8 years, Bev drew on her industry experience and community-focused attitude to allow her to provide housing solutions to the most vulnerable members of our society. Some of Bev’s greatest achievements include leading a specialist Domestic Violence team and working to help reduce homelessness through stakeholder collaboration. Bev continues working with the homeless through her volunteer work with Youth Off The Streets. 

Bev Karindjias is a Justice of the Peace, a Licensed Real Estate Agent, holds a Certificate IV in Property Services, Certificate IV Financial Services, Advanced Certificate in Financial Management and Certificate IV in Frontline Management. Having also gained distinctions in the Commercial, Retail Sales & Leasing Course, specialising in Commercial Asset Management was the natural next step for Bev to allow her to continue to offer the highest industry service whilst being an integral member of a high performance team.
