Damien Minguez

Damien loves meeting new people, and his role gives him plenty of opportunities to get alongside both landlords and tenants as he works to give them the best possible experience.

Damien has achieved a Certificate of Registration and is looking to obtain his Real Estate License. His first foray into the industry was back in 2016, working part-time in a warehouse in Smithfield. From there, he entered his first full-time position with a small company in Bankstown, before joining us here at CPG.

Enthusiastic and energetic, Damien is a lively member of our team, ready for any challenge and always committed to working hard to get the best result for clients.

Out of the office, Damien excels on the court. When he finished high school, he was ranked #300 in Australia as a tennis player, and even travelled to America to play at a collegiate level – something he is still particularly proud of.
