Elleyce Guerreiro

Elleyce is an integral part of the CPG team, providing the team with an outstanding level of support, beyond the day-to-day tasks of her varied role. With over 3 years of experience in commercial real estate and just 18 years of age, Elleyce is now a licenced real estate agent who began working in commercial real estate since 2018 as an apprentice whilst completing high school. Throughout her apprenticeship, she received the NSW Traineeship Award for 2020, in addition to this, she won Apprenticeship of the Year Award in 2019 at De La Salle College Cronulla, after graduating she dived into full time work.

Elleyce’s passion and strong work ethic ensures that clients and customers have the best possible experience, outside of CPG she works alongside Auctioneer Andrew Cooley for Avenue Auctions on Saturdays. Elleyce’s energy, positivity and professionalism offers tailored customer service. Attentive and enthusiastic, it is her personable qualities that enable her to effortlessly build a genuine rapport with all clients.
