Working alongside Damen Astey, Partner & Sales & Leasing Director of CPG, Elleyce is a vital member of the team, providing exceptional support well beyond the scope of her diverse day-to-day responsibilities. With over five years of experience in commercial real estate and holding a Class 2 Real Estate Licence, she has developed a deep understanding of the industry, underpinned by her strong commitment to delivering outstanding service. As the backbone of Damen’s business, Elleyce works seamlessly to ensure every client receives the best possible experience throughout every stage of the process.

Elleyce’s career began in 2018 as an Administrator while completing high school. From there, her passion and drive propelled her through a variety of roles, including Auction Assistant, Sales & Leasing Assistant, and Personal Assistant, before stepping into her current role as Executive Assistant to Damen. This progression has given her invaluable insight into every facet of the business and the client journey.

Throughout her career, Elleyce has been recognised for her achievements and dedication, receiving the NSW Traineeship Award in 2020 and being named Apprenticeship of the Year in 2019 at De La Salle College Cronulla. Known for her energy, positivity, and professionalism, Elleyce delivers tailored, client-focused service.
