Nick Drosinos

Nick Drosinos has been a career property manager since 1986 and specialising in commercial management since 1994. During this time Nick has managed office buildings, small retail shopping centres and industrial property and has accumulated experience in all facets of commercial management including lease administration, strategic planning, BCA compliance and building upgrades.

Nick is the Director in charge of property management and the primary contact for property owners with regard to the management of their property. Nick has an experienced staff member in the background running our property management software and who provides the necessary support required to allow Nick to concentrate solely on managing property.

Over the years, Nick has established excellent relationships with professional & reasonable tradespeople & consultants covering all aspects of building maintenance and advice.
