Nick Durrant
Management
Nick Durrant started his career in London in 1980 specialising in retail agency throughout southern England. In 1987 Nick moved to Sydney to expand his career and worked at various stages in professional services, property investment before subsequently deciding to specialize in industrial and commercial agency.
From 1994 – 1999 Nick worked for the local specialist commercial Agency Greenland Kelly & Associates before deciding to form his own Agency Durrant Furneaux in 1999.
In 2014 Nick saw an opportunity to expand into property management by teaming up with Nick Drosinos and so the new office of the Commercial Property Group was formed.
Nick is a Chartered Surveyor, Licensee in Charge and responsible for all agency matters for the south Sydney office. The office has grown substantially over the last 4 years and now has over 150 properties under management. The office thrives on its ability to offer our clients a personal and professional service that they highly value, with Nick identifying new investment opportunities to add to our existing client’s portfolios.
