Romena La Sala is a dedicated Sales & Leasing Administrator and proudly holds a Diploma of Business Administration and Certificate of Registration.

Her passion for the real estate industry began whilst studying in college where she worked part-time in a residential real estate office. Recognising her potential, she was soon offered a full-time position as a sales & leasing assistant, marking the beginning of her real estate career.

A pivotal moment in Romena’s career was assisting in the sale of her first home to a first-time buyer. The shared excitement between the parties involved made it a truly memorable experience. This achievement highlighted her ability to forge meaningful connections and navigate the intricacies of real estate transactions, providing her with valuable experience and insight useful to her role today.

Described by her colleagues as “bubbly, helpful, and enthusiastic,” Romena approaches her work with a positive and energetic attitude. Her vibrant personality adds a refreshing touch to the workplace, contributing to the overall team spirit at CPG.
