Samantha Piperitis

Samantha Piperitis is the Head of Operations at CPG Southern Sydney, bringing nearly two decades of experience in administration, operations, marketing and commercial real estate.  Throughout her career, Samantha has built a reputation for driving operational excellence, implementing efficient systems and supporting business growth.

Samantha joined Commercial Property Group in 2013 as Office Manager, bringing experience gained with some of Australia’s leading organisations. Since then, she has played an instrumental role in the evolution of the business, developing many of the operational processes, compliance frameworks and administrative systems that continue to underpin CPG’s success. Following more than a decade with the business and years working alongside the Managing Director, Samantha was promoted to Head of Operations in July 2026, where she now oversees the agency’s operations, governance, compliance, human resources, marketing, technology and business improvement initiatives.

Her dedication has not gone unrecognised. In 2014, she was honored as a finalist for the REINSW Corporate Support Award, a testament to her exceptional skills and unwavering commitment to the real estate industry.

Outside of work, Samantha is a loving mother to three children, balancing her professional achievements with a fulfilling family life. Her ability to excel in both realms reflects her resilience and dedication.
