Tom Mellios

Tom has a background in Accounting and Human Resources and since 1998 has been a licenced real estate agent. After 14 years with R T Golby Realty one of the oldest established real estate agencies in the St George area joining Commercial Property Group after a merger of the two companies in December 2012.

Over the past 15 years he has used his vast skills and knowledge of Commercial/Industrial and Retail property, sales, leasing and asset management to meet property owners’ expectations and provided them with advice to enable them to get the best return out of their investment.

He has managed a wide variety of properties from Alexandria in the South to Milperra and beyond in the South West from modern strata units to old establish properties.

He believes in building bridges between property owners and tenants and in keeping an open line of communication with all parties involved for their mutual benefit.
